Are these courses and continuing education certificates (letters of completion) recognized by my state board?
We partner with PsychoEducational Resources, Inc. (PER), a respected and fully accredited provider of continuing education for psychologists, counselors, social workers, marriage & family therapists, and addictions professionals. All our courses (through PER) are recognized by national organizations, including the American Psychological Association, the Association of Social Work Boards “ACE” program, the National Board for Certified Counselors, and the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors. Most state boards will accept courses certified by these national organizations. Additionally, many independent state boards recognize our courses (through PER), including California, Florida, Kansas, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Tennessee. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Our web site uses the highest standards of internet security. We are certified by SecurityMetircs as complying with Payment Card Industry standards for responsible cardholder data handling.
I’m a returning member, but I forgot my password; how do I log in?
After clicking “log in” at the top of the page, enter your email address and give your best guess at your password. Assuming you entered your correct email address (but wrong password), our system will immediately email your password to you. However, as a backup, you may also follow the on screen prompt (forgot your password – click here) to enter the answer to your “secret question”. The correct answer allows you to log in, as well.
How do I get my certificate (letter) of completion?
After completing and passing an exam, follow the prompts to purchase your certificate. If you previously created a membership, you will be prompted to log in or to create a membership, if you are new to the website. Next, your purchase order page will appear and you may option to purchase a paper copy of your certificate, to be mailed to you. Note: If you prefer to print your own certificate from your computer, there is no need to also purchase the paper, mailed copy.
What is the refund policy?
Unlike other CE websites, Learn4Health.com members access course material for free, and pay for CE certificates / letters of completion after passing the exam. Since payment is essentially for the CE certificate / letter of completion, which is available to the member online at the time of purchase, refund is not possible after accessing your CE certificate. If you have difficulty printing your certificate, contact Learn4Health.com for assistance.

What are the instructions for addressing a grievance, including cancellation and refund?
Call or email Learn4Health.com by using contact information found on the “Contact Us” link. Most all grievances are resolved quickly, without hesitation by the CE Project Manager. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, ask to speak to the CE Director, who may ask for you to submit your request in writing and who will respond within 30 days.
